created an entirely new and unique approach to health and fitness, by
incorporating the science of fitness, the art of motivation and the
principles of Psychology and brings this fitness philosophy into her
workshops and seminars. And, just like her fitness programs, Lisa enjoys

Lisa regularly
teaches corporate seminars, Lunch-n-Learns and workshops on a variety
of topics relating to fitness and health. She can provide a variety
