Personal Training is a wonderful way to create a stronger healthier body. Learning proper exercise and stretching techniques are the foundation to avoiding injuries and getting the results you desire. Lisa enjoys creating a fun and positive exercise environment that supports you on your path to health and fitness success. Her main objective is to help you find meaningful motivation and joy in taking great care of yourself.

Lisa certified by both the American Council on Exercise (ACE) and Strong, Stretched and Centered, Fitness Trainers International (SSC, FPI). She is also a member of IDEA.

Yoga
Yoga is a fabulous way to increase the flexibility and strength of your entire body while burning calories, stimulating the endocrine system and bringing yourself to a relaxed physical, mental and emotion state. The improved flexibility produced by Yoga is unmatched by any other form of flexibility training and is now being incorporated into many orthopedic rehabilitation programs and professional athletic training regimens.

The benefits of Yoga are not limited to physical flexibility and strength. The ability to focus the mind and control the breath are also incredible peak-performance tools, not just for the athlete but for the salesperson, CEO or mom. Yoga has the profound power to connect the body and mind.
